A. Adhikari & Associates was established in 2016 as a Chartered Accountancy firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), practising under the Nepal Chartered Accountants Act.
The firm provides audit and assurance, taxation, accounting, NFRS/IFRS implementation, valuation and certifications, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, management consulting, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, and training services from its office in Kupondole, Lalitpur, Nepal.
Our clients include private companies, government bodies, NGOs and INGOs, and foreign investors entering the Nepalese market. Engagements are supervised by qualified Chartered Accountants and supported by an in-house legal function.
